Graduates should wear business casual attire.
- Guys’ suggested attire: slacks and a button-down shirt, dress shoes and optional tie.
- Girls’ suggested attire: dress, slacks or skirt with a dress shirt and dress shoes.
Please note that any dresses or skirts must be the appropriate length (it must at least reach your thumbs when your arms are completely extended down to your side). If you are planning on wearing heels, please ensure they are 3″ or less since there are stairs you will need to walk up and down in order to access the stage.
The seating is open, but we will only have certain sections open for parents to sit in. Staff on hand will be directing parents and guests to the proper sections.
Guests are encouraged to find parking at one of the many garages, metered street parking or aboveground lots in the area. For more information on where to park, please refer to your graduation packet.
If you have RSVP’d and have completed all graduation requirements (credits and standardized testing) before the week of graduation, you will be able to pick up your diploma at the conclusion of the ceremony. If you do not complete all requirements, you will not be eligible to walk in the ceremony or receive your diploma until all graduation requirements have been met. To make sure you have met the graduation requirements, please contact your guidance counselor.
All other students who graduate and do not attend the ceremony will receive their diplomas by mail.
Approximately 325 graduates are expected to participate in the 2017 graduation ceremony.
No, names are read as graduates cross the stage, based on the order in which they are seated.
