You say #newyearnewme, we say #newyearnewschool

It’s only been a few days, but 2019 is clearly the year of “New year, new you.”

As with every year, there are resolutions to create and set that’ll likely be forgotten within the next few months. Here’s one that could have an actual lasting positive impact in your life:

We’d like to call the “New year, new school” resolution. See what we did there?

Maybe you enroll with us in the summer time, or you take part-time courses. Maybe you’ve never heard of Primavera. Whatever the case, if you are struggling with your academics or simply aren’t enjoying your school, then resolve to make a change.

Our courses are tuition free with an aligned, engaging curriculum

Primavera is a public charter school, which means it is tuition free and accredited.

Our curriulum is accredited and held to the same standards as a traditional school. We work to go beyond that by providing not only a rigorous, but engaging online education that happens to have won multiple awards.

Our teachers are highly qualified and provide personalized support

Every teacher at Primavera is highly qualified and dedicated to our students. They offer individual support through phone calls, emails, instant messaging and online tutoring sessions.  Our students actually report that they receive more personalized attention with us than they did at their old schools.

There are six-week blocks to help you focus

Primavera’s curriculum is split into two courses every six weeks. We find it helps students feel a little more focused and less stressed, because they have two classes to juggle rather than six at a time. You can learn more about those here.

You can catch up on credits or get ahead and possibly graduate early

Because of our six-week blocks, catching up or getting ahead is more doable with Primavera. Students can take additional courses each block with approval to earn a total of 3 extra credits each school year (not counting summer school).

To learn more about catching up on credits, head to this article.

We are 100% online, which means you’ll have a flexible schedule

Primavera courses are 100% online, which means you can do schoolwork wherever you have access to a computer and the internet. It’s a great model for anyone needing flexibility due to demanding extracurricular activities, family responsibilities, illness or work.

Most important (of course): our vibrant student life

Primavera hosts student clubs and an array of events, including monthly gatherings, a prom and live graduation ceremony. Our students also receive exclusive access to artist performances at the Live 101.5 radio station, and there’s a monitored online student community chat so that you can make friends in a fun, safe way.

I like Primavera, it has given something that I don’t really do often, it gave me the opportunity to ask in need of help, I don’t really ask much for help when I was in elementary school and in middle school. And now with the help of Primavera it makes me want to do more and learn more then what I used to know.

When ever I need the help, not that the schools that I went to didn’t let me ask for help or anything.
