Fill out the student and parent/guardian information to the left and you will be automatically redirected to our full online enrollment application. Be sure to complete all 5 steps of the application including validating your email address at the end.
Note: If you have already started an application or have previously enrolled at Primavera, please do not submit a new application. Give us a call at (480) 456-6678 and choose Option 1 to speak with an Enrollment Advisor. If you still need to complete your full application, click on the links to the left and you can return to your application by logging back in using your username and password you received in an email.
You will receive an email that will include your validation code – which is required at the end of the application. If you do not receive this email, be sure to click the “Resend Email” button on Step 5. Also be sure to check your spam and junk email folders.
After you complete your application, be sure to call in to the Admissions Dept. at (480) 456 -6678 and choose Option 1 to speak with an Enrollment Advisor. The advisor will confirm some basic information regarding the student who is enrolling and they will guide you in completing the electronic Primavera Enrollment Packet and submitting the required documents listed below.
Complete the electronic Primavera Enrollment Packet via DocuSign, providing the required signatures from the adult student or parent/guardian. This packet includes the Student Learning Agreement, Course Selection Form, Home Language Survey, Proof of Residency Form, and the ECAP (Education and Career Action Plan) Survey.
